Our camp is filled with six modern and rustic cabins, 20 lodge rooms, a large retreat center, meeting spaces, and opportunities to participate in a wide range of activities. Our range of facilities allows us to host groups of all sizes from 20 to over 160!

Guests enjoy modern overnight accommodations with double-occupancy private rooms in the camp lodge. Each room has a private bath. There are twenty lodge rooms with each sleeping two per room in twin size beds.
Gilmont has six log-cabin styled cabins named after trees found in the areas surrounding the camp. Each cabin has 2 sides with a shared middle room separating each side. Each side sleeps up to 10, in 4 bunks beds and 2 single beds. Each side of the cabin has 1 shower, 1 toilet and 2 sinks. Two cabins are handicap accessible.
There are a variety of smaller breakout and smaller meeting spaces in our Conference Center and Lodge.
The food service staff at Gilmont takes pride in preparing and serving fresh, hand-made, and delicious meals that consistently delight our guests. We enjoy cooking balanced meals from our menu of home style foods. It is our sincere desire to make your meals a highlight of your visit.

Great care is taken by our staff regarding our guests with food allergies. Gilmont is a certified Gluten Free Food Service Facility.

Older Campers
Yes, Gilmont requires groups to stay at least 2 nights during a weekend.
Certified activities are activities that require a Gilmont staff member to facilitate and must be scheduled with Gilmont prior to arrival. Certified activities include canoeing, swimming, archery, crate stacking, axe throwing, low ropes, and zipline.
Non-certified activities can be enjoyed by your group at any point during your stay. These include hiking, disc-golf, and mini-golf.
Guests are required to use Gilmont’s meal service for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. You are welcome to bring your own snacks! Please note that Gilmont is a nut free facility.
Gilmont offers hotel-style lodge rooms with two twin beds and a private bathroom. For group accommodations, Gilmont’s cabins have two sides with each side having four bunks and one twin and private bathrooms. All lodging options have air-conditioning. Learn more about our lodging options here.
Gilmont’s Crain Center features multi-media and wifi capabilities and spaces for diversified programming. The large auditorium has a capacity for 200 and there is capacity for 100 in breakout rooms (25 people for each of the four rooms).
Mackey Hall provides a meeting space for 75.
