Spiritual Practices Retreat - September 9-11, 2022

Picture
Patience – the fruit of the spirit that holds our response to a world that is difficult and challenging,
a world full of people and happenings that interrupt and annoy us.
With open hearts, we will explore the nature of this gift from our
God who is slow to anger and abounding in steadfast love.
Welcome Rev. Clay Brantley as retreat leader,  John Mark Solomon as worship leader and Rev. Lil Smith as workshop leader.

Quotes from past retreats:

  • Camp Gilmont touched my heart—— the place, the people & the presence of God—- I am refreshed by having been on Holy Ground.
  • God was so present everywhere, but the most special moment was His special touch on my troubled spirit.
  • Time was well planned to allow a restful pace and meaningful sessions -- all filled with heartfelt presentations and joyful music.  Staff made seamless adjustments for rainy weather.
  • This is truly a place you can unplug from every day life. You will come away refreshed!
