What is Family Camp?
Family Camp is a two-night, three-day weekend camp for families to attend together. Families stay in cabins together and enjoy Camp Gilmont's activities and beautiful setting.

What is Classic Camp?
Classic Camp is a traditional overnight camp experience for campers who have completed K-8th grade. Campers sleep in cabins and enjoy camp activities under the leadership and supervision of trained counselors.

What is Adventure Camp?
Adventure Camp is a more rugged camp experience for middle and high schoolers. Campers sleep in Gilmont's tree houses, cook breakfast and dinner over a campfire, and spend most of their time outdoors learning survival skills and enjoying Gilmont's activities.

What is Senior High - Choose Your Adventure (CYA)?
This week of camp is all about discernment and empowerment! Cabin groups will create their morning activity schedule and campers will individually select their afternoon schedule.

What is Day Camp?
Day Camp is 9 AM - 4 PM, Monday - Friday. Campers enjoy Gilmont's activities and return home for dinner.

What is Interns?
Interns is a two-week camp session for campers who have just completed 11th grade and want to be leaders at Gilmont. During their first week, they learn how to facilitate some of Gilmont's activities, learn about childhood development, and discern how they can use their gifts and talents as leaders. Over the weekend, they enjoy bonding experiences and camp activities. During their second week at camp, they join a group as an assistant counselor.

Camp Create is an overnight camp focused on art, crafts, music, and other creative expressions. No skill level is required - just a willingness to explore your creative side!

What is Lord of All Things?
Lord of All Things is an overnight camp inspired by JRR Tolkien's "Lord of The Rings" trilogy. Campers will Live Action Role-Play in costumes they create, complete special quests, cook potatoes over campfires, and more.
This specialty camp has it's own unique, themed Bible Study curriculum and will not be following Gilmont's 2023 "Hearts on Fire" curriculum.

What is Great Gluten Escape?
Great Gluten Escape (GGE) is an overnight camp that is completely gluten free camp. Campers enjoy all the fun of Camp Gilmont without any worries about the kitchen!
GGE campers do not participate in Bible Studies or Gilmont's 2023 "Hearts on Fire" curriculum.

Registration Deposit
The $75 registration deposit must be paid to secure your camper's spot in the camp you have chosen. Please pay camp fees in full 2 weeks before your session.

Early Bird Discount
Register and pay the $75 deposit for Summer Camp before March 1st and receive a $50 discount per camp session! Use the code 'EARLY' at registration. For the discount to apply, you must pay the deposit before March 1st.

Sibling Discount
Camp Gilmont offers a sibling discount for families sending multiple children to camp. Full price will be paid for the first camper with a $150 discount applied to each additional camper in the family attending Overnight Camp and a $25 discount applied to each additional camper in the family attending Day Camp. Use the code 'SIBLING' at registration.

Refer a Friend Discount
Did you know that when you refer a new friend to register for and attend an overnight camp at Gilmont for the first time both you and the friend receive $50 off the camp session? It's true! After you and your friend register and pay the deposit, use the code 'FRIEND' for the discount to apply. Note: this discount is only available for overnight camp.

PC USA Prairie Valley Legacy Fund
Attending from a PCUSA church? The Prairie Valley Legacy Scholarship (funds from the sale of one of our sister camps), will pay up to 50% of the cost of camp. Requests should be submitted using the Prairie Valley Legacy Fund Scholarship Application, and if awarded, will be paid directly to the camp. Please carefully follow the directions on the application and submit to Grace Presbytery directly. The forms below are similar - one is to print and send in, the other is a fillable PDF to print and send in.

Gilmont Scholarships
Each year Gilmont leadership works to raise funds to help children come to camp and distributes these on an as needed basis until funds are exhausted. Families are always asked to pay the deposit for the session before requesting scholarship funds.

Cancellations and Refunds
24 hour grace period – Cancellations occurring within 24 hours of registration are eligible for a full refund of all payments, including the registration deposit.
More than 30 days: Cancellations occurring 30+ days prior to your camper’s session will result in a refund of all payments except the $75 non-refundable registration deposit.
Less than 10 Days: Cancellations occurring within 10 days prior to your camper’s session will result in forfeiture of the entire tuition including the $75 non-refundable registration deposit. You will be given the option to apply all payments to a future session of camp.
Summer Camp Suspension: If Camp Gilmont is unable to run camp due to increased concerns or restrictions related to COVID-19, all payments, other than the $75 registration deposit, will be refunded in full.
