Maggie Osborne
Camp Counselor
Howdy! I’m Maggie and I’m a senior interdisciplinary studies major at Tarleton State University. At Tarleton, I serve as the Vice President of Programming for Delta Phi Epsilon. My favorite camp memory is being an adventure camp counselor. I live for energizers and snipe hunts, so I am pumped to see everyone this summer.

Camp Counselor
Hi I’m Madison! I’m really excited to come to camp this summer!! I have never been to a camp like this so I am very excited for this new experience! I am a senior at Tarleton State University and am studying Education, and I hope to one day teach the younger grade levels in school. I love to go hiking in new places and even better if I spot an animal! I’ve never been to camp before but one nature memory I’ll share is that one time I was driving to my grandparents farm in Minnesota and as we were driving we spotted a super cute black bear popping its head out of the wheat field. It was so adorable and was the first time I had seen a bear so I was just thrilled and it was funny because the bear started heading towards the neighbors bee farm. One cool fact about me is that I am a Certified Veterinary Assistant and have a huge passion for animals. I’ve had many pets over the year including hermit crabs, birds, dogs, cats, rabbits, goats, fish, and sheep!!! I can’t wait for all the fun at Camp Gilmont this summer!!

Camp Counselor
Hello! My name is Clay and I am very excited to be with you all this summer. I have been coming to camp for several years now and can't wait to share the love that I have been shown here as a camper. This fall I will be attending Austin College in Sherman, Texas, and I can't wait to get started. I love to sing and play the piano in my spare time. One random fun fact about me is that I live on a ranch. I can't wait to see you all here this summer.

William Norfleet
Camp Counselor
Hi, name is William and I am really excited to be joining Camp Gilmont this summer. I am an incoming sophomore at Texas Christian University and have lived in Texas my entire life. My favorite camp memory was at TCU’s Frog Camp this past summer where we had the “grimy games”. The grimy games where a series of obstacle courses that camp teams would have to compete in. One specific course was taking muddy and watery clothes from a kids pool and putting the clothes on a person from the team. I was the person that had to put on the dirty clothes. Ha!

Jack Gordon
Camp Counselor
Hi, I’m Jack and I’m a student at the University of Arkansas and I’m currently studying Marketing. I love hanging out with my friends and playing sports and video games! Going to camp is one of my favorite parts of the summer because I get to travel away from home and hang out with my best friends for a whole week! A fun fact about me is that I love riding my bike. I recently got a new bike and have been riding it so much. It has turned into one of my new favorite hobbies!

Josie Thomas
Camp Counselor
Hey! My name is Josie. I’m a student at the University of North Texas in Denton and world-class cherry limeade connoisseur. I am so excited to be at Camp Gilmont this summer! One of my favorite camp memories is going to Sonic with my fellow counselors after a long, hot week and ordering a cup of nothing but maraschino cherries ... and subsequently getting asked to never, EVER do it again. Can’t wait to see y’all all at camp!

Anita Renaud
Camp Counselor
Hi! I'm Anita Renaud and this is my first summer as a counselor!! I'm a recent graduate of Richardson High School and will go to Richland College in the fall. Some of my favorite hobbies are reading, writing, and playing music. One of my favorite memories from Gilmont was my last year of MAD camp when all of the campers unanimously picked me to play Jesus in our human video. And by the way, I'm a HUGE fan of Harry Potter so if you want to talk about Harry Potter, I'm the one to go to! :)

Hello!! My name is Rebecca and I recently graduated from Trinidad High School. This will be my first time working at Camp Gilmont for the summer. I love almost every sport, and I do a lot of crafts. My favorite snacks are popcorn and cookie dough. If I could pick a place I would like to travel to, I would pick Bora Bora. I could stay out side all the time if I could. Most people know me by my crazy nickname, Do-dah.
