You are invited to celebrate Gilmont’s new Spradlin Lodge, Welcome Center, Grand Prairie Courtyard, and other new and renewed spaces at camp with us.
We hope you will join us for a Dedication and Commissioning Service on October 10, 2026, at 4:00 P.M., following our Battle of the Bags annual fundraiser.
This service and celebration is free and open to all. RSVP is appreciated.
Portions of this celebration will be outdoors. Dress comfortably in casual attire.
Parking is available in the lot next to the Welcome Center.
10:00 A.M. – 3:00 P.M. Join us for the Battle of the Bags Cornhole Tournament and Fundraiser. Tickets are required to participate.
Beginning at 2:00 P.M. Everyone is welcome! Enjoy live music, watch the tournament, and check out the Silent Auction items in person.
3:00 P.M. The Silent Auction closes and the cornhole awards ceremony begins.
3:30 P.M. Enjoy cake and punch at Crain Conference Center.
4:00 P.M. The Dedication and Commissioning service celebrating the Spradlin Lodge, Welcome Center, Grand Prairie Courtyard, and other new and renewed spaces begins.
6:00 P.M. Stay for a burger dinner in the Dining Hall.
