B. W. Crain Jr. Conference Center
With the addition of the B.W. Crain Jr., Conference Center in 2010, Gilmont is equipped to help build Christian ministries, and to work with a variety of groups needing a place to gather. A beautiful location, that is open year round, Gilmont is ideally suited for staff development, team building, workshops, and general or regional meetings. The Crain Center is Gilmont’s largest state of the art meeting room. The main room accommodates 250, with additional space for small groups in breakout rooms. Pictures below highlight features of this wonderful new addition to Gilmont.
At one time, Mackey Hall was the camp's dining facility. It has a kitchen for groups who would like to prepare their own food while at Gilmont. It provides meeting space for 75 in a room with a lovely fireplace. Named in honor of Mr. L. L. Mackey, who was one of the founders of Gilmont, the Mackey family is still very much involved in the leadership at Gilmont.
